Confronting Dislocation in the Graphite Market, page-18

I'm Ok on the takeover front.
The market just doesn't seem to be able to put a reasonable value on KNL.
No sooner than we are up a couple of cents, along comes the sellers, bots, and trade it down again. It's stressing the smaller holders and many are caving in.
In the alternate, if someone hit us with a T/O the whole scenario would change. Even at say 50 cents, the second post would be complaining that the offeror was trying to steal our company.
Anyhow, it would be a way to a quick escalation in the share price which hopefully would stick.
SO where is this T/O going to come from?
