I had mixed feelings as I was reading through it, as it raised concerns I had about the name of the other bidder being revealed despite them making it clear they wanted to remain confidential. The article suggests this has soured negotiations. But the offer was apparently 'low-ball', and now the company is looking for better offers from rivals. The article at the end says that the bidders will likely have to increase their offer, which may end up being closer to $0.89.
