To fitbyluke, fully agree unless timis had just given another update at point of press release, who knows.with the royality payment maybe technically if the mine ceased production during the quarter then a production quarter is still open. unless we can access the contract we cant make judgement. hope T.S. is on top of this. he needs to be asking them more questions not just waiting for the ore price to increase or a multitude of factors,which could effect shipment, and LET US KNOW.
