Looking at the 2 products they seem to cater for different markets. SOHA appears to be a cloud based solution used to secure cloud based applications hosted on various cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure etc)

IWG on the other hand appears to be a cloud based solution, that can be installed on various cloud infrastructure (AWS. Rackspace etc), to enable and secure connections to and between networks.

I have noted that a few people have stated that they are competitors but I would hazard a guess that both companies would say that their offerings are very different.
