As a P.S to my previous post, I copied the following from the website of a "Class Action" Legal Firm as an example if action is desired:

I do not promote this firm to be utilised, but it shows a demonstration of “Legal Beagles” to work on a “Success Fee” basis in class actions. I have not, nor had any association with this Legal firm – just provided FYO.
