IMO it could be some inside buying on the news coming from fairbridge. Someone working there or close to the company may be buying knowing what is coming.
What a beautifully managed company is COE. they have had fairbridge there for a while, no fanfare, no huge announcements, just business as usual.
we may be looking at the next Beach Petroleum.
