i wouldn't try and over guess what the fund is or isn't doing in the market at the moment. if they spoke in depth with DCC during the cap raising, which is likely, they probably were privy to the launch schedule and with the recent obvious downtrend in the SP, I don't see why they would rush to bid up the market. There MIGHT still be a couple of weeks or a month until the next big announcement so if you can let the market drift lower before buying, why not? i think it would be next to impossible for any of us to know either way, as if they were they would definitely be trying to keep that information private.
assuming all goes smoothly between now and december, I see no reason why this shouldn't be at least 30c - assuming no unexpected positive announcements, just progress as laid out in beta launch schedule. that's my take.
