We'll from your signature block, anyone who trades full time and cant tell the difference between what is legal and what is not only suggest that you either:
a) Should go apologize to your manager and ask for your day job back
b) Have a hidden agenda by taking stabs at what is otherwise a very good manager who is running a company that is a potential bagger of multiple sorts if he gets it over the line.
I'm all for constructive criticism but this point you raise about sensitivity of what he disclosed has been beaten into the ground. If he were really breaking the rules dont you think the ASX or governing bodies would have already had a word to him?
Anyway, I'll leave it here with you on this one. I'm just merely giving my opinion that I see through you crystal clear and I hope others do too.
