A project update and now company managerial update is due. Mr Fogarty has just joined the board of Windward Resources as a non-executive director, as their Captain has jumped ship.
Could this non-exec position be a pre-cursor to being appointed as their new MD at a later date. Needs to be explained as Duketon needs all eyes on their horizon and elsewhere. We need a 110% commitment or move along please, IMO.
The only positive I find in this situation is that the majority shareholder of Windward is Mark Creasy, we could do with some of his monies, presence, contacts and most of all some of his luck. Well done.
