Reading the whole article, I daresay that by forcing the CEFC to focus on unprofitable (or low return) ventures, and providing contradictory instructions, they're trying to force a further collapse of the whole renewable energy sector in Australia.
I don't know why these backward morons are so anti-renewables, anti-innovation and anti-environment. Oh, wait...that would be because they're virtually owned and run by the mining lobby.
Pity that a government that is doing so well in other areas can be so closed-minded on this. I mean, encouraging larger Australian companies to invest into proven renewable technologies would give us a huge edge in finding new export industries in a rapidly changing global market place.
