I have read various reports about the estimates to develop HZN's PNG assets and am a little confused as they vary materially.
We know that an FID will result in HZN banking USD$130M. On top of that, how many $s do HZN need to find? Does anyone has a good control of that?
A much larger scale HZN could easily carry $200m in debt. CRs are off the table now but when the SP moves closer to true value a CR is also an option that will not dilute the daylights out of existing shareholders.
