I must admit that I don't have any real bright ideas when it comes to this issue (or many others for that matter!....lol),but have just been contemplating what criteria management would be pondering in trying to set up a wise offer for both new investors and BTV shareholders, as well as trying to guarantee a good initial base of capital for the new entity.

I have no doubt that BTV shareholders will be offered a very preferential deal.....that is a certainty....has to be. Just what that will or should be, is what I would like to hear some considered opinion on.

    Points to consider:

    1) Number of shares to be offered and at what price - amount of capital needed?

    2) Entitlement to BTV shareholders ( including an options deal?) - what price?

    3) Percentage of interest to be retained by BTV in the new entity

    4) A good name for the new company...lol

    5) Any others???

    6) Incentive offer for directors? ( if they get BTV to 20c, we will treat them to a night out with Warnie??..something like that).

Would be interested to hear some thoughts on this.
