I am firmly in the going via the ministers office camp, something I suggested months ago. That will get action.
The state is bleeding because of LACK of mining royalties from the IO sector, so sitting on applications and not getting them through ASAP is not something the Govt would want known publicly. Ergo the company should have contacted the ministers office ages ago.
If still nothing, then go to the press about how govt not serious about mining etc, but it shouldn't come near that!!
