Last update was that all the testing activity is expected to be completed by the end of June.
We're still in June, and they're still testing.
I would suggest that the 14 days originally quoted did not go exactly to plan, and there is additional work to finalise the system.
Scary? yep. Big deal? Could be - but IMO only a matter of money.
If you're scared, add 6 months to the development, and $50M to the capex and see if you still like it.
Still looks like a massive buy to me.
