I'm reading it differently pete - for years CAB refused to allow third parties to process Cabcharge electronic payments and Etickets until ordered to do so by the ACCC. So they have now complied and also have to pay a processing fee to those third party operators to process them. The monopoly in my opinion has now been finally broken in its entirety.
