    Australian developer Carnegie Wave Energy has established a base in Cornwall as it gears up for deployment of a 3MW array at Wave Hub in 2018.

    Carnegie has opened an office at Pool Innovation Centre near Redruth and plans to move into the Hayle Marine Business Park following its completion later this year.

    Construction of the array featuring three 1MW Ceto6 devices is scheduled to commence in 2017. First power is expected by 2018.
