Probably needed the cash to take up his options as well... Cant see what he is doing wrong! He will still own heaps of shares when he takes up his options expiring Dec this year keeping him in lined with share price performance and FIL took most of the shares... which will probably look to go to 7 or 8% because they have a large FUM.
