Hi management, thanks for the partial update on the activities of posse, it does sound promising. Management I think it's fair for me to assume from reading that PDF that talks with interested parties for a jv or off-take agreement are in the advanced stages, hence your confidence in needed this extra tenement area. I do understand that such talks are price sensitive, but could you if at all possible further expand in more detail on what was said by cas's MD in the PDF, thanks guys, as mentioned it sounds promising.
