News: Kimberley Diamonds to divulge material corporate restructure

    Kimberley Diamonds (ASX:KDL) shares are in pre-open this morning after the ASX granted the company a trading halt.

    Kimberley requested the halt pending details on a material corporate restructure.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 2nd July 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
