The biggest story in the SGH saga is yet to come. And it has nothing to do with the company's accounts. If ASIC don't act on what smells like a massive trading rort with the AFR apparently being leaked information by a hedge fund which has admitted to shorting then then we will be the laughing stock of the world. It's all very well for ASIC to admit it's looking into company accounts but what about suspicious trading which has seen $1bn wiped off SGH's value and hundreds of small shareholders badly hurt while the shorters clean up. Read The Australian for the real news on this Their opposition have clearly been played.
