To resign with immediate effect, and no explanation as to the reason makes one wonder.
But then again, since he became Chairman in November 2011 the share price of MCP has crashed from $2.22 to its current $0.57c. Similarly MCP eps has fallen from 39 cps to about 10cps this year.
Doesn't look good, and all things considered I reckon their latest (revised) forecast of a 20%-25% drop in NPAT this year is looking like it may well be turn out to be down 35%. Meaning the second half will be barely break even.
