This is the last paragraph from the TV2U HotCopper Article. I want to know people's thoughts. Is the last sentence in this paragraph referring to potential subscribers or actual subscribers that they have already??
"The Malaysia based content hub enables TV2U to provide its technology and services to over 160 countries around the world. TV2U will continue to focus on emerging markets where advertising budgets are active and subscriber numbers are in the tens of millions."
