While not wanting to downplay the technical risks (and VXL have been rather scant on detail, both resource & development issues) I'd suggest the marketing risks (ability to sell a broad suite profitably, either dig & ship or value add) will be the key determinate to both finance packages & expansion decisions.
Again, VXL has been very broad brush with offtake detail to date so I guess this advance signifies some level of acceptance by those a lot closer to the action than SH's.
