All I note is the 3Bs via a the fund connection that is provided shares with an ongoing 10% discount @ a 3 day VWAP? Once they have been dismissed, well, you may have a chance - Islamic State in the middle of nowhere...it's about Sov. risk and once again, U sentiment.
I would not touch it. Most think the same hence the market cap as this will be sold into immediately but I've added them for March/April next year as a watch.
