I would say potential subscribers. Eg there are huge numbers of subscribers in that market already, and TV2U will concentrate on it in order to get a bite of it. IMO only though.

I am hoping a presentation or update note explains why subscribers have/will join Tv2U and how much revenue these subscribers will generate.

Based on wording (like yours above) in the deal sheet, I think it'll all look great. Sell side looks thin so expect some serious line wipes and fighting to get involved once big players have a better idea of this all.
