Simo, carmon.. We all get grouped into two camps here on these threads, you know what they are and you know which group you prefer to be in, there is no grand riddle.

I was wrong.. Have you ever been wrong? And has that stopped you presenting/having an opinion on a different occasion? My error was in the Brisbane market, not the Perth market. Sure I could end up being wrong about that too..it's a prediction based on current knowns and likely (imo) events.
