Hi Lion was the same thing that stuck out for me too. Lets hope someone comes to Sundance rescue or else I see some underhanded clauses coming in from a Chinese financier. Noble should be able to help in this financing, one would think, they still have a significant investment dont they? Sorry dont follow as closely these days. Forfeited to the Cameroon government for NO CONSIDERATION!!! What the??? At least there is a real end game in play now, I dont recall seeing this ultimatum before? 21 months now left for do or die, I hope for everyone concerned throughout this ordeal it works out. Will be following a bit closer now. Good luck all
