Home renovations, for example fell 25%... A lot of people lost jobs during the GFC, and were forced to shift.
Something you wouldn't have noticed in the mining sector.
Tax receipts also fell. This is a fact.
Its not like I can convince you otherwise. We've got Frasier in the OP using words like 'economy going down the drain'... You're saying it was booming.
I'm not so sure you guys have your story straight because it is built on self interest more than reality.
Either way, receipts haven't fallen under the libs other than by design. They are once again, proving to be a big spending government. Some of which is them honoring labors schemes and also some are their own ideas.
Like I said, time for them to man up and grow up. The Australian public is getting tired of their victim mentality.
