Anyhoo, my take on this is that the offer is barely above the previous when you throw in the extra value from the extra mined uranium. What differs from the previous is that this offer has not been rejected (unlike the last) & hence is capable of being accepted (unlike the last).
By the time all necessary approvals have been received, the value of the U would be not much less than the offer. We'd have to be stupid to accept this. I vote no.
