im a recovering chartist... so don't take my views on TA that seriously as I give much more weight to fundamentals in my investment decisions.
normally when a company breaks through a multi-year high with this type of momentum... double is not unreasonable.
My Feb-16 optimistic prediction is about 6 dollars... and if the company is generating about 70m OCF each year then a market cap of 560m is reasonable... maybe even cheap.
Its cash generation and debt levels are much better than RFG... and around the same as Domino's pizza... add in the fact that it has some asian growth and non AUD-earnings...
Both RFG and DMP are valued 3 and 10 times higher by the market.
I think this is on the way to a long term re-rating.
