Chops, of course the Board wants the Todd deal to go through.
Todd Corp at the Sydney meeting made it quite clear that they were only dealing with the FMS Board.
So, The option agreement only refers to the FMS board receiving payment. No statement about distribution to FMS, shareholders by the board???
The outcome affects both large and small SH, If the yes vote come up, the board will be well finance to do more of what they have been doing.
