Hi Jumpin:

1) You would have received the options conversation form. Use this form to convert your options to shares. To convert them you need to pay 3.5c to convert each options to shares. In your case, you need to pay about $1250 to convert all your options to shares. Note: you dont have to do it all at once if you dont want to. Just photocopy the form if you want to do it multiple times up to you allocation. You have 2 years before they expire (June 2017) so there is no real rush to convert them.
2) Once you have filled out the form and sent in your money, the options will be converted to ordinary shares and will appear automagically in your trading account in about 2 weeks.
3) The exercise price is the price you need to pay to convert your options to shares
4) Obviously, there is no point converting the options until the sp is over the exercise price. ie 3.5c.
5) Once you have converted the options and it appears on your trading account, you are free to hold or sell like normal.
