FMG should be worth $4 at present just in its infrastructure and forward cashflow projections, once debt is paid down considerably, and the iron ore price stabilizes which will occur in the next 4-7 years, the share price will be trading in a range of $8 -$11 plus. AF will be ready for retirement and might contemplate selling out at the top to Chinese, living happily and very comfortably in retirement with his increased billions.
