New Era

Hi guys,
I know you guys think this might be a dog of a stock but I would like to present my case.  I am only learning so please critique where possible.
MCAP:  10.6m at 0.001 per share

The volume today showed one order of $172 000 at 0.001, which is almost 2% of total shares (10.1 bn in total) .
Is this a smoke signal? I think so.   
FA:  
1.  $2.45 million cash (25th of June) = Last funding was received by WIN Singapore [1]($2million) and King Fame[2] ($500 000) both at $0.0004 per share.
These are both Singaporean countries. WIN singapore is heavily involved in future acquisitions and financial advice.
2. NO DEBT!  
3.  50% interest in COTY Guam LLC - essentially an acquisition of 19.83 acres of land in Guam for $AUD of 1.1 million.  Significant due to proximity to US military presence which will further increase in years to come.   
4.  MORE acquisitions:  a due diligence of the Australian tourist business with significant potential for further expansion in australia. Another one of interest (not DD)  is a retail and wholesale food business in Japan importing and exporting links with Australia.   NOTE: both of these are a pre existing business with a POSITIVE cash flow.   <-- they will are only planning to acquire these types of businesses.   

I think a 10 mill market cap:   is reasonable for the land +  an expanding tourist business and a retail food business.  

If there is continuous churning at this level, I'd say there are leaky investors obviously. No one would put 100k  in a damned stock.  

It's pretty low risk at this at 0.0001 although you may never sell your shares again.  definitely a mid to long term play that may interest you.  If these hit 0.0002 by tomorrow, if volume continues at todays levels, I probably would not take a punt.  Due to lack of capital, I probably will not buy any myself but I may try for a super small punt of 2k at these levels.
