I completely agree with your outcome. I think the judge’s decision will be in our favor BUT as you said, this is just our own opinion. I don’t know about you, but my opinion is based on the very little information I have and how ridiculous this situation appears. But perhaps the judge who is privy to the finer details (and the law) will have a completely opposing opinion to me. If that is the case, based on the information we have been given everything MD says is a reality IMO. So I wouldn’t say it’s irrelevant until we get the judgment. I hope you are right though.
