I scribed this a little while back and perhaps change of this type is underway based on today's TH. Will be interesting to read the whole story once announced.
If what RNI has really stacks up, then someone will want to control it and be the ultimate beneficiary of the value and upside. Dont think anyone is assuming that the current management structure is odds on to remain in the likelihood of someone else kicking the can and handing over the folding stuff.
