It looks like the Chairman may be a bit behind on his reading of ASX Guidance note 22. His share transactions are a bit late in being disclosed and I imagine he may have a few questions put to him by compliance. I trust this will not affect the issue which is currently in progress. At least he is taking up his entitlement.
