I agree ..its Much Fairer to Producers ..
it Takes the Speculators out of the Commodity itself .. while Speculation then reverts to the Stocks of Coys trading in IO ..
the Spot price manipulation games mixed with Media Hype or Doom ...will not be missed by Many IO Coys
