You can take your pick at the moment re what the significant development is. The other significant development is that Fidelity invested. Thus YOW is now considered investment grade by quality US institutional investors. They will have done their research, spoken to management, done their calculations and invested based on the recommendations of full time analysts that know the US retailing environment well.
