We don't know what decision the Judge will hand down or whether he will return AGS back to 25% if he awards Sales rights.

He will take it upon himself to decide that. imo

25% for sale or 15% for Sale. How hard is that to understand.

Since the RCR valuation there has been some update to the Resource.

No matter what happens in Court the next Cash call(Dec 15) has to be made, be it for 25% or 15%.
Be it by AGS or some other. imo

One thing I don't understand is why the Directors are going to Shareholders to vote on the Sale?

They don't have to imo as its only an asset(ACE).

They directed Deloitte to sell ACE. Do you think for one minute a buyer would go to the effort and then the Sale be voted against by shareholders.! Our Directors must believe they will have the numbers or they are going to provide voters with an evaluation to compare the Sale figure. That's going to be interesting.

The Directors are quick to inform shareholders of the Quasar buyout figures but have never informed us of the Deloitte Sale bids.!

The Directors of AGS have never informed Shareholders properly of the true situation with ACE. imo

They're prepared to answer questions from shareholders by Email but wont inform the Market. I know others on here Email AGS! and obviously are not allowed to pass on information. Bit strange, don't you think? Why would that be?

With the handing down of the next Court Decision I believe its time/appropriate, the Directors show their hand via an announcement to the ASX of ACE's position going forward.!

Four years and counting is a long time to hold Shares and not know the position of the Company you have invested in! imo

Hi MD - ASX Listing rules do require shareholder approval if the disposal is the company's main undertaking (listing rule 11.2)
