Thanks for your good wishes wasa. Yes, like you, I am one of those long term holders. Unlike you though I am hoping for a fair offer; at least one that will limit my/our losses, even if we are not able to get back all the capital we've invested in a share of one of the world's best discoveries in decades.

I try not to be in the blame game though. I have only myself to blame for the choices made over the years. Like you I had the chance to get out when litigation commenced - but I didn't (well done you). I knew what the directors had paid for their shares and still I paid more; much more. I knew our JV partner takes no prisoners and shows no clemency; that he holds heads of state in the palm of his hand and has countries and politicians tugging their forelocks .. but still I ignored the realities of modern business warfare. Doh!!

It's ironical that after all these years we're back again at the beginning. AGS, the original owner of what is now a successful producing uranium mine, has been relegated by analysts to the role of a micro stock "spec buy".
