Ridiculous. They've told you all that the future is in GE and/or Ukraine. Now, they blow coin on telco acquisition? I've seen other companies make this move when they're in the final death throws.
I would personally be watching any related party transaction very carefully.
I don't hold but even I'm furious at this. They take shareholders as fools.
