Thanks Jim - may I recommend you eat some oats for breakfast as they will provide a range of dietary benefits and help your performance (just kidding but there seems to be a lot of
advice going around this morning).

May I also formally commend one of my favourites @marty386 on his well deserved heart. Our NSLO should be looking pretty good right now mate.
