Yes, there are really only a few real plausible scenarios here:
1. This is the greatest sting in history with respect to what is going on NKP & Genorah and therefore Z in that there are no real moves in play here. UNLIKELY
2. There is a very large seller looking to sell. PLAUSIBLE - but he must be nuts as the WACC of capital to borrow money for whatever purpose is far less than the return likely here. Even with the gross value offered to Genorah, let alone a proper valuation
3. Z has hired somebody to buy and sell stock. PLAUSIBLE. They just to manage it such that there is no cross trades to highlight intercompany play (which is doable too).
