The IER report on the proposed merger, released in July 2014, provided good detail on the expected operating and capital costs for the various projects. On page 251 of that report (i.e. page 26 of Appendix G: Technical expert's report), RISC indicates that the gross operating cost budget for Maari and Manaia Fields are about US$73M per year or US$7.3M per year for Horizon's 10% stake in the project.
