Ryan, I suggest you re read the substantial holders notices, the ceasing to be a substantial holder and becoming a substantial holder are in the same announcement. I think you will find Mr Lee appears to be a Director of Express Link, effectively he transferred the shares from ELM to himself for a consideration of SGD 100k. So no big deal it would seem IMHO.
