For someone who stated on the second of July, '...I'm only new to PLS forum so please be gentle with me...', to now making comments that the SP will drop to $0,10 you've certainly come far since last week. My I ask how you came to that SP?
Here I am thinking that today's announcement was quite good, and may be what NB was alluding to when he suggested there may be an announcement from left field. It appears that this was not taken lightly and it is part of the larger plan. Assuming that the permit is obtained within the next couple of weeks I can only see this as a huge boost to our cash position.
