Thanks a lot Spendit, as usual!

Any way,  most of my shares I have as BLT on the ASX.  However, I have a significant chunk of BTEBY err BTEBY shares, so I am very interested to know what is going to happen.  More transaction fees for starters, I am sure.  Transaction fees for BTEBY to BTEBD, which is a joke.

BTEBY has proven a DUD any way you look at it.  BNIKF holders have more volume to trade, though it to is nothing to write home about.

I have written to BNYMellon and copied all the relevant Benitec brass including Jane Lowe asking specifically what to expect.  BNYMellon, I assume will provide me with information, I'm hoping.

For those who originally bought BNIKF shares, transferred them over to BTEBY through the arrangement the company made with BNYMellon and now have had to endure the BTEBY to BTEBD transaction costs, because BTEBY share price has fallen 50%+ since its inception a year ago, I am not sure what purpose all of this has served.  An IPO is different from an uplisting, requiring a minimum share price for X number of days etc. before qualifying for Nasdaq up listing.  The IPO has no such need, simply to be succesfully subscribed and since it is underwritten that seems to be a fore gone conclusion.  I don't get why US holders, the VERY few that exist, have to be bent over yet again.  Current US holders of BTEBY/BTEBD hopefully have their shares exchanged free of charge to BNTC after the IPO, that would seem the LEAST the company can do for their few suffering US investors.  I won't hold my breath though, and fully expect to get the short end of the stick when dealing with Bank, Wall Street and Brokerages.

Finally, [email protected] is an invalid email address that bounces back undeliverable.  To find a contact for her you have to hunt and eventually find her listed on the Investor FAQ page section: How Do I Contact Investor Relations? Which provides the invalid address above.

    Thanks again Spendit.
