    U3,

What Max is writing to everyone about is what he believes to be illegal share trading on the ASX.

The clip you have provided is in regard to the financial planning industry, at no time in that interview was share trading mentioned at all.

I have posted up the recommendation from the senate inquiry in regard to the CBA and financial planners, that exists and the govt did not act.

That is nothing to do with illegal sharetrading . The senate seemed to take no notice of the submission on CDU trading, not a single mention in the senate report about any share trading actually.

Max has a right to write to as many people as he wants, but if he starts posting up that there was a recommendation into illegal shareholding by the senate, then I am sorry to say that is simply not true at all and the link I provided is documentary proof of such. Max on the other hand has not been able to provide a link or substantiate his claims (apart from linking me to his shareholder action report) and if you have not noticed, his statements regarding the senate change with each post.

again this is not flaming or baiting but if someone is on a crusade, posts links to shareholder action groups but does not in their research, even try to find the senate inquiry report(I can post up where Max said he had not seen it) then it is difficult to take the claims seriously.

Sure there is manipulation in the stock market but stand back and take a dispassionate view of what happened in 2010, on that day the JORC report was released. On the 13th Aug 2010, share price closed at $4.79 and was in suspension till the 18th when the JORC was released when it closed at $2.45 with a low of $2.45

So the resource was half what people thought it would be and the share value halved, makes sense does it not, now think of all the stop losses hit that day and the market flooded with shares.

At the end of the day, this has nothing to do with where CDU are now and I will not post any more on it.

Perhaps the mods can suggest a more appropriate forum for this type of post, rather than clogging up the CDU forum with what is irrelevant to where CDU sites now.
