Yep, just another layer of cost. The new CEO is from a business which crumpled under the weight of its overheads and problem jobs so badly that the Spanish were compelled to take over, get rid of multiple entire layers of management and take drastic steps like major office moves as further desperate measures to reduce the massive head count. The other CEO is left over from when this was a private family business. Either way I don't expect costs reduction and shareholder value to feature high on the agenda any time soon.
